Thanks for the post. I never get to listen to NPR anymore, so I missed it. Great to hear you guys in the same show. Maybe a co-written book, something like "Apocalyptic Visions: The History of Japanese Culture on the Edge of Disaster." Maybe bring in Susan Napier for a Palgrave triumvirate. Bill covers history, you and Susan split contemporary pop culture.
